Mr. Utsah was the sleep technician who explained the whole procedure thoroughly and it took approximately 20 minutes for the setup to be ready with sensors on my head, face, chest and legs. The sleeping bed was comfortable and you have the independence of movement while sleeping. Unless required, you would not be woken up and can have a comfortable sleep after first few minutes of getting used to the censors.
