" My wife Seema Gupta, aged 65 years, had needed surgery, which got delayed because of Lockdown on account of COVID 19, wherein it was suggested that elective surgery's should be deferred unless absolutely essential. Finally, on Dr Ragini's suggestion, we decided to go ahead, inspite of covid 19, since there could not be any further delay. From the day the decision was made, the surgery happened within exactly one week. All the required tests were done, and arrangements made at W Pratiksha Hospital, which is an awesome facility. This is inspite of the fact that during investigations, lot of unknown, unexpected and unanticipated medical issues emerged, requiring further investigations. What impressed us most was the thoroughness and depth in which every complication was checked out by Dr Ragini and the medical team supporting her, to ensure patient safety. In addition Dr Ragini's administrative team worked cheerfully, tirelessly and in a humane manner to ensure things happened as required and in a seamless manner like a well oiled machine. To me, the 70 year old patient's attendant, working alone, all of it meant a lot, and gave me great comfort, support and moral strength. Since the operation became a HIGH RISK complex surgery, all of the preceding gave me the confidence that all bases were covered. The operation was a huge success, and, the recovery has been extremely rapid and as expected. Our gratitude to Dr Ragini and her excellent team for all that they have done for us.
