Add Yoga in your life to live stress free

First of all let me make it clear that I am not a baba bhakt or a fitness freak but a common man who practices yoga regularly to live stress free life. It all started few months ago when I faced lot of health issues due to thinking in excess and had to visit a doctor, and then he told me that stress is causing a bad effect on my body and yoga is the best way to get relief from it. After that I started doing yoga and today it has become my need to do yoga regularly and I have started feeling more active, stress-free and energetic. But, normally we Indians donít follow our tradition or things thinking that they are useless or wastage of time as there is a famous saying which goes well with this situation "GHAR KI MURGI DAAL BARABAR". Stop following the crowd for bad things and Start following the good crowd and believe me yoga will give you transforming results.
