Dr. Ankit Gupta after 7 months. It has been a long journey and a kind of self reflection for me. I was in depression for almost 2 years and had met a couple of doctors but never took treatment probably as I was simply prescribed medications. Dr. Ankit was the first doctor who heard me probably and although he also prescribed medications but they were limited and he explained me in details about the reasons for use of medicines. I was able to understand the mistakes that i was making and how I was blaming myself without any reasons. He is very good in therapy and gave me a lot of conference and practical advise.
