Results are below:Body weight: 4.2Kg (300kg/month growing); HR: 122beats/min; RR: 28cycles/min; HC: 37 cm(30 days before 35.5cm)Chest, Heart, Abdomen ----Clinically NADCBC: WBC: 9.7 x103/µL    Hgb: 11g/dL   Platelet: 270 x103/µL     MCV: 76FL    Lymphocytes: 69%Serum Chemistry: Glucose: 106mg/dL;   Na : 140mmol/L; K : 6mmol/L;Ca : 4.3mg/dL; Chloride: 107mg/Dl; Creatinine: 1.2 mg/dL; BUN: 42mg/dLUltrasound Abdomen:Gall Bladder, Liver and Spleen are normal. Right kidney 4.5cm echotexture Grade II.Left kidney not traceable.  Urinary bladder normal.
