I visited Talwalakrs after reading google reviews and checking pictures. I was surprised to find that there were so many girls here. I felt very comfortable. In fact I felt girls outnumbered boys here. I have joined here. Working out is fun and have become a part of girls fitness group. We challenge and motivate each other. Here, they have separate changing room and locker room for ladies. The atmosphere is very positive, healthy and safe, must say it is the best gym for ladies.
