He did dressing on same way what they have done in first visit no change in any process or medicine and charged us Rs. 2500 for that excluding Rs. 800 doctor consultancy charge. When I argue on that he said he can't do anything on billing, you have to pay.Is this not a loot. If he does something special and charge us for that amount I am happy to pay but this is ridiculous.
