" Hello Doctor,I would like to discuss about a problem that my elder sister is going through. She has tremendous mood swings wherein for moment she will get extreme arrogant and the other she will get polite. She gets angry very quickly. She even manhandled us she doesn't understand what she is doing when she gets angry .She even hurt our mother and she keep abusing her and even us. She even attempted suicide on multiple occasions .We don't understand how to handle such situation .She has gone through failed relations. She is not ready to visit any psychiatrist as she believes everything she says will be documented .Her age is 35 .Please help advise us on what to do and how to deal with this situation?
