" Horrible experience, patients are waiting since long time in queue, but Alka Sen madam does not have time to see them but instead she is busy with MRs. So what is the point of booking the appoinment in advance. 2PM was the starting time but we did wait till 3:30pm and till 3pm there was MRs meeting going on.Either she is not taking patients seriously or its a management mistake.
