" Dr Gopal Goyal does not treat patients as human beings and does not understand mental status of a patient in pain. He operated my wife for fracture in arm in Mata Channan Devi Hospital. In 3 weeks he declared her fit. She was not able move her arm. He advised for physiotherapy and advised to join her office although she was not able to wear clothes, she is not able to travel in metro. Despite our requests he was adament as advising rest was affecting his pocket. During hospitaliation he was shouting on many patients. Once he shouted on my wife also. Not fit to be a doctor.
