" I am sharing my traumatic experience of the past 2 weeks here to ensure no one else goes through the same experience and pain. My father was diagnosed with covid 15 days back and passed away due to covid complications. When his symptoms started, we immediately started scanning his medical reports (he was a diabetic) to prepare for a virtual consultation and start the medicine treatment for him as all I knew was that the key here for high risk patients was to start the treatment early. We were recommended doctor Arika Vohra who we were told had managed and treated many covid patients. Given hospital beds were not available, we decided to start the treatment without any delay and were told that we will need to update her with readings, blood test reports and she will guide us on whatsapp. She started with a prescription giving Levoflox, ,,,, The initial 2-3 days, her responses were terse, most of the consulting kind of questions (can we give him x/y to eat?) were ignored, only critical questions were answered.
