" Dr. Bhasin is inhuman and has no compassion towards a 86 years old lady, having a multiple arm fracture in deep pain, an old nephrology patient has no time to see her during Nov 5th 2022 OPD. Not only is she unprofessional, she is also heartless, money minded and incompetent. On 2 occasions, including today the 3rd of December 2018, she made my sick mother wait for 5 hours despite her having an appointment.
